Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with Inkthar. If that does not happen for any reason, we are here to help.
1. Request Window
Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days from the purchase date. After this period, refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases described in section 3.
2. How to Request
1. Send an email to developer@inkthar.com
2. Include the purchase email and order number (available in Stripe email).
3. Optionally, share the reason (this helps us improve).
We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
3. Accepted Cases After Deadline
- The app does not work and support cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate charge or payment processing error.
- Verified accidental purchase.
4. Not Accepted Cases
- Requests after 7 days without proven technical reason.
- Claims of "I did not like it" after the guarantee window.
- Activation key already shared or used by third parties.
- Purchases made by minors without guardian consent (legal guardians are responsible).
5. What Happens After Refund
After refund approval and processing:
• Your license is remotely revoked.
• The app keeps working for up to 14 days (offline grace period), then shows a notice and blocks usage.
• The full amount is returned to the original payment method.
6. Note on Lifetime License
Because this is a software license with single, lifetime payment, there are no renewals, recurring charges, or subscription cancellations. Once the refund window expires and absent technical issues, the license remains valid forever, including future updates.
7. Applicable Law
This policy follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90), especially Article 49 (right of withdrawal in off-premises purchases). In case of conflict, applicable law prevails.
